In Memoriam Stacy Jo Yager Glein
34 years young Stacy died in a tragic accident when a car crashed into the motorhome she was driving on the wrong side of the road. She left behind a mother grieving in the following car and her two children who watched as she died in the flames. At the funeral they sent ballons into the heavens. This poem was read by the Minister of her church at the funeral.
To Soar
To Seek
Embrace the skies
Alas
No Wings have I!
Her walk so gentle
Yet aloft
As a baby bird on it's maiden flight
In a voice so soft
A mere whisper in the night
No more beautiful woman
I must say
than she as beautiful coming towards
as the day she went away.
